Terms

Virtual Office
· Security deposit is required.
· Services are payable quarterly in advance.
· One months notice must be given for termination of contract by either party.
· All administration services are billed quarterly, and payable on receipt of Invoice.
· Upon taking a Service you the “Client” will be required to sign a Standard Contract with Mespil Business Centre, “Licenser”.
· Minimum Contract, Three Months, payable in advance

Serviced Office
